Blume Haus is available for creative meetings, intimate gatherings,
and workshops. Our convertible table seats up to 10 comfortably,
with plenty of other available chairs/stools and lounge sofa for seating
—making it perfect for focused work sessions or small group experiences.

Creative studio access is available as an add-on for headshots and content creation.

  • Small gatherings are seated events such as workshops, meetings, and social gatherings.
    Production sessions are for commercial filming, large crews, and full studio setups.

  • Our extended table comfortably seats 10–12, with space for up to 15 guests total.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to play music during your session. Please be mindful of our neighbors who operate 24/7 answering services and keep volume at a respectful level so everyone can enjoy a calm, creative environment.

  • Yes — food and drinks are welcome.
    We kindly ask that no food or drinks be placed on the white sofas or chairs. Please clean up after yourselves and dispose of trash in the provided bins before leaving.

  • Yes — all setup and cleanup must be included within your reserved time. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth transition for the next booking.

  • Same-day extensions may be available depending on studio availability and are billed at the overtime rate.

    • 30 minutes — $60
